or maple syrup

Lemon Juice

Cinnamon

Instructions
Heat water until just below boiling.
1 cup Hot Water
Add apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice to a mug.
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar,
1 teaspoon Honey,
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Pour hot water over the mixture and stir until well combined.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top for added flavor, if desired. Sip and enjoy!

Notes
For best results, drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Adjust honey and vinegar quantities to suit your taste.
