Honey & Oatmeal Face Mask
A hydrating and gentle exfoliating mask that soothes and moisturizes dry or sensitive skin.

Ingredients
⅔
cup
Quick Oats
½
cup
Hot Water

tbsp
Plain Yogurt
2
tbsp
Honey
1
Egg White

Apple
cored, peel on
Instructions
Stir oats into hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
⅔ cup Quick Oats,
½ cup Hot Water
Blend the apple, yogurt, honey, and egg white until smooth.
2 tbsp Plain Yogurt,
2 tbsp Honey,
1 Egg White,
½ Apple
Add oatmeal and blend for another 20 seconds.
Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
Rinse with warm water.
Notes
Omit the egg white for a lighter, vegan-friendly version.
