Slow Cooker Mock Turkey Pot Pie
A little bit simpler than a classic turkey pot pie, this recipe is topped with dinner rolls or stuffing for the perfect post Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients

Turkey
shredded

Gravy

c.
Carrots
sliced
⅓

Peas

c.
Green Bean Casserole

Stuffing
or 4-6 dinner rolls
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Mix turkey, gravy, green bean casserole, and peas in the slow cooker dish, and set aside.
1 c. Turkey,
1/2 c. Gravy,
1/2 c. Green Bean Casserole,
1/3 c. Peas
Slice carrots and add to the turkey mixture. Layer leftover stuffing.
1/2 c. Carrots,
1 c. Stuffing
Heat on low-medium for approximately 40 minutes or until carrots are soft, but not overdone. Time will vary depending on how many leftovers you use.
Layer biscuits on top of pot pie mixture and heat up until soft (
if using instead of stuffing
).
Salt and pepper to taste.
